Bev was born in Toronto and spent most of her life in the suburbs raising her two children, it was not until moving out to Tiny township where she found her love of painting. Here she began and continues to study under the award wining artist Heather Kertzer.

Her focus is in Acrylics and has more recently started implementing various mediums into her works. Bev's works often reflect the beautiful area where she lives displaying the various landscapes of the Georgian Bay area. Many are done en plein air while others are from fond memories of her travels.

"Painting has taught me to look more closely at the world around me. I see anew the lights, colours and shadows of nature and how beautiful it is. It is my hope that my artwork allows me to share this wonder and beauty that our busy lives often blind us to".
